Keynote speaker: Marlan Hansen, MD, Professor of Otolaryngology in the Carver College of Medicine at the University of Iowa. The 2022 annual meeting was held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.

Keynote speaker: Bevan Yueh, MD, MPH, Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs at the University of Minnesota Medical School and former chair of the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. The 2019 annual meeting was held at the Chula Vista Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.
Keynote speaker: Richard Orlandi, MD, Professor of Surgery and the University of Utah’s Chief Medical Officer of Ambulatory Health. The 2018 annual meeting was held at the Great Wolf Lodge in the Wisconsin Dells.
Keynote speaker: Ralph Tufano, MD, MBA, FACS, former Director of the Multidisciplinary Thyroid Tumor Center and Professor in the Division of Head and Neck Endocrine Surgery at Johns Hopkins University. The 2017 annual meeting was held at the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.
Keynote speakers: Elina Toskala, MD, PhD, MBA and David Kennedy, MD. Elina Toskala is a Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Thomas Jefferson University and David Kennedy is the former Chair of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and current Vice Dean at the University of Pennsylvania. The 2016 annual meeting was held at the Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva.
Keynote speaker: Dana Thompson, MD, MS, MBA, FACS, Professor and Division Head, Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. The 2015 annual meeting was held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.
